The TEN TYPES of HUMAN      This book is an interesting book written by Dexter Dias. To put it simple, it's about ten types of human personalities just like the title says. The first few pages talk about how so many around the world helped him write this book and shows his respect and his thankfulness to them. The story starts with you at a coffee. You get a text from somebody and hear that armed suspicious character is walking around the school that your daughter goes to. You rush to the school but it is strangely quiet, but see to police officers sprawl on the concrete floor. Rushing to your daughter's classroom you reach there without encountering the armed man. You give a view in the room but can't see your daughter. Where is she? Suddenly you hear a voice crying for help, it's your daughter. At the same time the sound of guns being loaded get in your ears.  Netflix No Rules (continual of the previous post)      The second action they took was to incite feedback. What this means is, that they made the employees give feedback to each other actively. An example this book gives is quite interesting. It takes place in a meeting. You will have to think about the feedback that somebody gave you and decide if you were right or wrong. Most of the time you'

Netflix No rules      This book is about Netflix. I just started reading this book so I can't tell you much about it. However, I can tell you what the main idea is. The main theme of this book is how Netflix abolished the company rules. As far as I remember, the first things they did was, gathering the only useful people. By doing this it helped their work efficiency to raise. Having too many people in the office makes it difficult to look after every ones work. Even if they had good personality and try to work hard, if they couldn't get their work done, they had to go. Of course this wasn't easy, but it had to be done the company to stay alive, after all it was still a small company made of approximately 50 people.       I thought this move was quite bold at first. Although the company was small, in my opinion, I don't think it could runned by 50 people. However, if you continue reading, you'll notice this was the first key process to elevate to the next step.
